Nathanael built a screened porch for us. We had hired an excellent architect to design the project and wanted a contractor who would build the outdoor room that the architect had envisioned. The job was completed under budget and on time. Nathanael is a man of his word. He came when he said he’d come. His subs showed up on time. They did good work and were respectful to us. Our porch is beautiful. We would recommend him and his work to anyone. It was a positive experience.

I recently had two bathrooms in my home remodeled and am very pleased with the results. Nathanael was very accommodating to my needs, busy schedule, and budget. After receiving ridiculous quotes or my ideas being turned down by other local contractors, it was extremely refreshing to have Nathanael come in with an open mind and turn my ideas into reality while staying within my budget. He gave me great advice and answered all of my questions/ concerns. Nathanael and his workers were very kind and respectful to me and my home. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area. I will be hiring him back for a kitchen remodel soon.

I won’t say it was easy having our kitchen and bathrooms renovated, but overall (now that it’s done) the experience was not bad. Nathanael was very professional and polite. He listened carefully, communicated well, and things were done when they said they would be done. The workers treated my home not as a job site but as someone’s home, cleaning up at the end of each day. I am very pleased with the results and the process and would/will/have recommended them to family and friends.

Cook and Sons added a screened porch, sliding door and a window to our garage conversion. They also added a concrete pad and sidewalk to the front of the house and relocated the fence gate to line up with the new sidewalk. Construction was on time and on budget. Just as important, Nathanael stayed in constant contact and promptly answered calls and texts. When we made changes mid-project, they were no problem, and they were very reasonably priced. We could not be more pleased. My wife is still saying, “Wow!” every time she uses her new screened porch. Thanks for such an awesome job. We will use you again and tell everybody.
